Byron Quiros is an Actor, Director and Choreographer who starred on Broadway in the Tony Award Winning play Take Me Out with Jeremy Sisto. Byron has worked with David Caruso, John Rhys-Davies, Patricia Arquette, Jeffrey Nordling and Carmen Argenziano. He has won a Los Angeles Critics' Circle Best Actor Award and received a LACC Honorable Mention for his chilling work in the play Short Eyes. This former Mr. Costa Rica and Hottest Male Trainer Los Angeles, has a unique ability to hone in on body alignment, structure and energy, making him an exceptional instructor and unique choreographer. His classes have brought in celebrities Dakota Fanning, Kirsten Dunst, Jenna Elfman, Dominik Garcia-Lorido, Melissa Gilbert, Jillian Rose Reed and Brian Friedman. He has danced with Usher, Craig David and Latin Grammy winner Ana Barbara and played Sheila E's love interest in her music video Lovely Day.
Byron's passion continues as an artist as he still works as an actor, takes on new projects to direct and choreograph for the industry and uses his experience to create innovative challenging workouts for his clients. His signature workout, RED RELEVÉ, has earned a 5 Star rating on Class Pass and is garnering attention for its unique fusion of barre and modern burlesque.

Byron was the LEAD ACTOR in the short film, Hot Seat, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival 2017. It had its Los Angeles premier at the FLUX series at the Hammer Museum UCLA.
